Evolve: Amy’s Word of the Year

I have chosen EVOLVE as my Word of the Year because it reflects where I am in my career and in life overall, and where I want to go in my next chapter. I am crafting 2026 to be the best yet, full of challenges, and filled with work that is rewarding and inspiring. On the business side, I am expanding my speaker offerings to broaden my keynote programs, reaching more audiences with more personal storytelling and moving moments that deliver relevant takeaways.   On a personal level, I am embracing where I am in my 57th year on this earth. I am focused on enhancing my physical strength, strengthening my mental health, and deepening my spiritual growth to become my best self. An ongoing journey in becoming and evolving.

For that is what I have realized: if you do not evolve and continue to develop, advance, and expand with every experience and opportunity, you may be left behind, become irrelevant, or lose sight of how best to meet your family's needs or clients' requests. I realize I am not the same person I was over 20 years ago when I launched my business. Oh, how I have grown and evolved in my skills, abilities, and confidence. Each experience, adversity, and success has delivered me here.

I know each person’s journey, process, or approach may be different, and through these differences, we are transformed. You may not notice it now, but over time, you will see your transformation and evolution. You develop skills through challenges. You figure it out. You expand, adapt, and rework. You will build new skills and gain new abilities.  I challenge you to join me in embracing the art of evolving. Years from now, you will look back and be amazed!
